Storage

Make room for everything.

How much storage you need depends on how you use your iPad. More room means you can store more apps, music, movies, and books. It also lets you store RAW images, 4K videos, 3D renders, illustrations, and other large files.

Over time you may add more content to your iPad, so you’ll want to think about how your storage needs may change.

128GB or 256GB

Models with 128GB or 256GB storage come with the A20 Pro chip (5-core CPU, 7-core GPU, and 16-core Neural Engine).

512GB

Models with 512GB storage come with the A20 Pro chip (6‑core CPU, 7-core GPU, and Dual 16-core Neural Engine).

Storage is measured in gigabytes (GB) and terabytes (TB).

Note: Available space is less and varies due to many factors. Storage capacity subject to change based on software version, settings, and iPad model. 1GB = 1 billion bytes; 1TB = 1 trillion bytes. Actual formatted capacity less.
Connectivity

1. Wi-Fi 7 available in countries and regions where supported.

2. Not all carriers support eSIM. See your carrier for more details. eSIM technology works with iPad Pro (M4 and M5), iPad Pro 11‑inch (1st–4th generation), iPad Pro 12.9‑inch (3rd–6th generation), iPad Air (M2, M3, and M4), iPad Air (3rd–5th generation), iPad (A16), iPad (7th–10th generation), iPad mini (A17 Pro and A20 Pro), and iPad mini (5th and 6th generation).

3. Data plan required. 5G is available in select markets and through select carriers. Speeds vary based on site conditions and carrier. For details on 5G support, contact your carrier and see apple.com/ipad/cellular.
Glass Type

Find the perfect display glass for your workflow.

iPad mini is available with two display glass options, standard and nano‑texture. Both come with the Super Retina XDR display, which offers up to 1200 nits peak brightness and incredible visibility even in bright settings. The nano‑texture display glass further reduces glare, so it’s ideal for working in challenging light.

Standard glass

Engineered for low reflectivity so you can effortlessly read every word and see every vivid pixel.

Nano-texture glass

Choose this option to drastically reduce glare and reflections in bright spaces — whether indoors or out — while maintaining an excellent viewing experience. It comes with a polishing cloth made of soft, nonabrasive material for safe cleaning.
